Any defects caused by product safety or by the construction of lit signs will be warranted for 18 months. Any defects caused by lit sign appearance and LED electrical system itself will be warranted for 18months.
Warranty terms are only applied on those products installed properly according to our correct installation procedures. Products designed for indoor could only be installed indoor. Should products only used indoor be installed in other environment or on inappropriate facade, warranty terms will no longer be applied. Please read the instruction manual carefully and make sure you understand the installation guide.
Should there is any accidental damage during installation or move many a time after installation, warranty terms will be not applied on these circumstances.
Warranty will not be provided for those accidents caused by intentional damages, inappropriate use or chemical damages.
Natural disasters such as fire, volcanoes, typhoons, acid rain, etc will not be covered under warranty.
Products with inappropriate design will not be warranted. Should there be safety or design problems, rectification notice will be made to you, but should no rectification be taken by you, warranty terms will not be applied.
Should maintenance be needed, please provide invoices and pictures that clearly show the product defects. In some extent, defective products might be required to send to us.
In addition to abovementioned terms, warranty terms are included in each product and instruction manual.
Should brass and copper get rusty during outdoor use, warranty will not be provided.
Do not directly connect the lit sign to AC power supply.
All wiring and installation must follow the installation guide.
Wiring from lit signs might easily damage the letters, so please handle the wiring and installation carefully. Working temperature range of lit sign should be between -20°C and 60°C.
Please do not use the products under high temperature or humidity.
Output voltage of AC-DC power supply has been set to its appropriate and optimal voltage. So please do not touch the output voltage divider. Should malfunction be caused by changing the above setting, warranty will not be provided.
Please install the AC-DC power supply to the position easily accessible for maintenance. Please follow the local laws & rules and safety regulations during the installation or electrical maintenance.
The temperature of power supply facilities might get higher under normal operation, so please install the facilities to the well-ventilated position to avoid the high temperature and fire disaster. Installation should not be conducted under the sun and make sure keep the facilities from heat sources, like heater.
There is no spare part that user could repair by himself, so please do not disassemble the power supply by yourself as it might cause fire or personal injuries.
Warranty period varies from installation environment to another. For more information, please contact us.
DC power supply should be used under rated humidity. So please place a waterproof layer on it in case of outdoor use.
Should the switch power supply and accessories not be those provided by us, product malfunctions caused by it will not be warranted.
In order to well fulfill our maintenance obligations, should any defects be found, please return the products to us immediately.
Products from Mean Well Company are warranted by its quality warranty.
Clean water is only allowed for sign cleaning, any chemical cleaning agent is prohibited.
